Week 2 in the books! We ran out of time on what would've been Round 5, so we skipped straight ahead — everyone still got a full 11 rounds of mixed doubles in. Mark & Bianca took the Championship in a runaway 15–3, and Carlo & Charmaine won the Battle for 3rd — though keep reading, there's an honest mix-up story behind that one.

Being upfront about the Battle for 3rd: we ran the seeding by hand after Round 5 got skipped, and mixed up two close finishers — Charmaine played the Battle for 3rd instead of Jewel, who'd actually earned the 8 seed. Honest mistake, no hard feelings, and the full correct standings are right below. Congrats to Carlo & Charmaine on the win anyway, and to Jewel for finishing 8th fair and square!
