The Kitchen Club Pickleball Social Club ("Kitchen Club", "we", "us") runs this website and a companion live scoring app used during our social pickleball sessions. This policy covers both, since they handle information differently.
If you use the contact form on this site, the name, email address and message you enter are submitted directly to us through our website hosting provider (Netlify) so we can reply to you. This information is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond responding to your enquiry.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font may share your device's IP address with Google as part of that request.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party advertising trackers.
The app displays player names drawn from a roster set up by the session organiser, together with match scores, court assignments, and any substitutions entered live during a session.
All of this is stored only in the local storage of the device and browser running the app. Nothing is sent to, or stored on, any server. Kitchen Club does not collect, receive, or retain this information anywhere else.
Information stays on that device until it's manually reset within the app, or until the browser's stored data or cache is cleared. Kitchen Club has no way to access, back up, or recover this information remotely, since it never reaches us in the first place.
