House rules

Round Robin, Quarterfinals & Semifinals: 10-minute games, first to 11 wins. If time runs out before either side reaches 11, whoever's ahead wins — no ties, play sudden death (next point wins) if it's level when time's up.
Championship & Battle for 3rd: first to 15, straight up. No ties. Swap sides at 8 points.
Seeding for the knockout stage: after all 12 rounds, players are ranked by: 1) win %, 2) point differential, 3) points for, 4) head-to-head result, 5) head-to-head point differential, 6) fewest points conceded overall.
Subs: if someone needs to sit out injured, unwell, or just needs a breather, anyone can step in for their slot that round. Just let the scorekeeper know.
